So…broccoli. You’ll hear people say that they feed it and their gliders don’t eat it. You’ll hear others say that it causes gas and that you SHOULDN’T feed it. Well, we feed it here and our gliders eat it without issue, gassy or otherwise.
Something to think about. Though feeding raw is just fine, broccoli’s nutrients actually show their faces when it’s steamed for about 5 or so minutes. So, in this case, cooking for a little bit does NOT take away from the vegetable. You do NOT have to cook, it, though, and it will not hurt them if you do. Either is fine.
Preparation is easy – cook or don’t, chop and feed. Easy peasy!
