Our vegetable pictured here is Fennel. The fronds (leaves) of fennel look similar to dill. But trust me, there’s no dill taste to this veggie. Fennel is a crunchy vegetable, similar to bok choy, but tastes similar to anise or licorice. Great for oriental dishes, they are large so you’ll likely have a good bit left after cooking so don’t let it go to waste, feed it! It will also keep for some time in the crisper. Simply chop, fronds and all, and watch your gliders enjoy!
